ABOUT ME

Meet Ada the founder and face of Bodybydaisy Fitness.  Before finding my love for fitness, I was unhappy with my body due to piling on a lot of weight after child birth.  This was due to bad eating habits and not actually being conscious of the damage I was doing to my body.  I decided in 2012 to begin living a healthy lifestyle and developed a love for fitness. After my second child I was more determined to lose the weight and keep it off forever. Within 6 months I was able to loose 70lbs and was able to help other women around the world achieve their weightloss goals due to my relentless effort in motivating women to live a healthy lifestyle. This brought about the actualisation of the Bodybydaisy Dream. I am a Certified Body transformation coach, motivational speaker and a Fitness Coach who understands the obstacles faced during weightloss. 


Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience whilst working with me will far exceed the discomfort.
